I'm looking for some guidelines for treating a patient with this history please (aka areas to avoid, any key places to asses): 32 year Budd old male with Budd-Chiari syndrome and TIPS with abdominal aortic aneurysm measuring 4.8 cm, right common iliac artery aneurysm measuring 3 cm and left common iliac artery aneurysm measuring 2.3 cm.  I personally reviewed his CTA from March 22, 2021 which shows 3 mm interval growth of infrarenal AAA and 3 interval growth of right common iliac. Surgery was completed and major complication was compartment syndrome in left leg which has already been operated on twice and is stable as of July 2021. He's looking for comfort post op as well as organ longevity. This patient makes me excited to start the vascular series, thank you!
