I'm curious what you know/have seen with patients who have had kidney transplants on how their adrenals function moving forward? This patient has both of her native kidneys present, not functioning. Initial transplants placed on RLQ at age 7, rejected at age 15 and new transplant placed on LLQ at 17 (just in case that info changes your answer!). She is a new nighttime nurse so I just want to support her HPA axis as much as possible!
