I have a patient I've been working with for a long time. She has bounced around to various medical providers for testing/meds/supplements/nutrition and it seems that they're all trying to attack the SIBO versus figure out something else that keeps the SIBO coming back. Very malnourished at this point. I was curious if you have a list of "must-test" when you receive these types of patients to see what else is underlying? The OAT came to mind today but wanted to ask your opinion first. Than you!
