Atlas – Male Front

Welcome to the Visceral Manipulation Atlas (VM Atlas).

To explore the VM Atlas click on a hotspot area on the image to the left.

For the "Curious" (highlighted in pink), if you are VM3 qualified, click on the "Anterior, Pelvis". This will bring you to another image. Hover over the bladder and click on that hotspot. This will bring you to the bladder. From there you can check out the details.

For the "Curious" (highlighted in pink), if you are VM4 qualified, click on the "Midline, Anterior, Above Diaphragm". This will bring you to another image. Hover over the sternum and click on that hotspot. This will bring you to the thoracic hard frame. From there you can check out the details.

The hotspots that are active at this stage in our Roadmap are the thorax and pelvis...the liver will be next.

General Listening Setup:

If you are in your clinic and working with a patient, after you have completed your GL click on the are of GL on image to the left ...and we will continue our journey.

With your patient standing in front of you place your hand centrally located on the top of their head and apply about as much pressure as the weight of your hand. You might add a slight bit more. Where is the attraction? Is it to the right or left side of the body? Is it anterior or posterior in the body? What cavity is it located in?

When the listening attraction comes to a stop you can, with a big flat hand, inhibit this area to confirm your general listening.

Remember, general listening is "general". You are not looking for something specific.
